Sunil Kumar, who played the role of Sarkata in Stree 2, is likely to compete for the Bigg Boss trophy in the 18th season of the controversial reality show. The actor has been approached for the much-discussed series, hosted by Salman Khan, but his participation is yet to be confirmed.

New Delhi: Bollywood actress Shraddha Kapoor’s Stree 2 is roaring strong at the Box Office. Besides the 37-year-old diva, another performer making waves in the entertainment industry for his role in the much-talked-about horror comedy is Sunil Kumar, who portrayed the character of Sarkata. His performance was so well received by cinema lovers that he has now been approached to participate in superstar Salman Khan’s Bigg Boss Season 18.
In a conversation with Pinkvilla, Sunil revealed that he has received a call from Bigg Boss and has been informed that the controversial reality show will take place in October 2024. However, his participation in Bigg Boss 18 is not confirmed yet as he is currently considering the offer.
Sunil, who works in the police department, further informed the media outlet that getting leave from work can be a bit challenging at times. But, at the same time, his superiors are quite supportive and often allow him time off for his other commitments.
Stree 2 Box Office collection
You will be amazed to know that Stree 2 has emerged as the second highest-grossing Indian film of 2024. According to industry tracker Sacnilk, the Amar Kaushik directorial has managed to rake in Rs 576.75 crore at the Box Office worldwide after 13 days of its release.
The movie was theatrically released worldwide on August 15, 2024, coinciding with Indian Independence Day. It also features Rajkummar Rao, Pankaj Tripathi, Abhishek Banerjee, Atul Srivastava, Mushtaq Khan, Sunita Rajwar and Aparshakti Khurana in key roles. The film is said to be the fifth installment in the Maddock Supernatural Universe.
