Hyderabad: With an aim to easily manage the surge in passenger flow during Dasara, Diwali, and Chhath festivities, the South Central Railway (SCR) has announced special train services on various routes.
Kacheguda-Tirupati trains
A total of 14 trips will be made by Train No. 07063/07064, which runs between Kacheguda and Tirupati. The SCR announced that Train No. 07063 will depart from Kacheguda to Tirupati on Tuesdays: October 1, 8, 15, 22, and 29, as well as November 5 and 12. During return, Train No. 07064 will leave Tirupati for Kacheguda on Wednesdays: October 2, 9, 16, 23, 30, and November 6 and 13.
These special trains will stop at various stations along the way, including Umdanagar, Shadnagar, Jadcherla, Mahbubnagar, Wanaparthi Road, Gadwal, Kurnool City, Dhone, Gooty, Yerraguntla, Cuddapah, Razampeta, and Renigunta in both directions.
Secunderabad-Tirupati trains
In addition to this, Train No. 07041 from Secunderabad to Tirupati will operate on Wednesdays and Fridays, with services on October 2, 4, 9, 11, 16, 18, 23, 25, 30, and November 1, 6, 8, 13, and 15. During return, Train No. 07042 will run from Tirupati to Secunderabad on Thursdays and Saturdays on October 3, 5, 10, 12, 17, 19, 24, 26, 31, and November 2, 7, 9, 14, and 16.
These trains will stop at Jangaon, Kazipet, Warangal, Mahbubabad, Dornakal, Khammam, Madhira, Vijayawada, Tenali, Chirala, Ongole, Nellore, Gudur, and Renigunta on both routes.

To conduct necessary maintenance works, several trains in the Hyderabad division will be cancelled throughout October 2024. These trains will be cancelled from October 1 to 31:
- Train No. 07596: Kacheguda to Nizamabad
- Train No. 47222: Medchal to Lingampalli
- Train No. 47225: Lingampalli to Medchal
- Train No. 47235: Medchal to Secunderabad
