YRKKH written update: The latest episode of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, scheduled to air on September 29, 2024, begins with Ruhi expressing happiness about Abhira and Armaan’s stay at the Poodar house. Manish calls Ruhi and asks her about Abhira’s condition. But, Abhira stops Ruhi from letting Manish know the truth. Both Ruhi and Abhira lie to Manish, making him believe that everyone is happy with the post-wedding rituals.

Manish wonders if he will be able to keep Akshara and Arohi’s promise. He recalls the promise of keeping Ruhi happy. When the call disconnects, Abhira thanks Ruhi for supporting her.

On the other side of the house, Sanjay gets furious at Kaveri for letting Abhira and Armaan stay at the Poddar house. Kajl witnesses Sanjay’s anger and cries thinking he wants to break the family apart. Sanjay explains that he should be the one in charge of the Poddar firm because of the time and energy he has put in. Ruhi overhears the conversations and warns Sanjay against his actions. She requests Sanjay to stop breaking the family, but Sanjay snaps back at Ruhi immediately.

In hopes of moving on, Ruhi burns her memories with Armaan. Meanwhile, Abhira brings food for Armaan but finds him in deep slumber. She refuses to eat alone. On the other hand, Ruhi tries to sleep on the sofa to avoid sharing a bed with Rohit.

Abhira decides to wake Armaan up. As soon as he awakes, Armaan begins thinking about Vidya. In Abhira’s opinion, she wonders that if Armaan keeps recalling old things, she will never be able to enter his heart. Elsewhere, Rohit notices Ruhi’s awkwardness about sharing the bed with him. To break the tension, Ruhi asks Rohit if he wishes to eat something, and she will make sure it’s served. She also thinks out loud, saying that she might take Vidya for a shopping spree. Rohit is stunned at Ruhi’s sudden change. He hugs her for changing and taking initiative.

Later, Kaveri offers Abhira a job at the Poodar law firm. Sanjay is stunned at Kaveri’s proposition. But, Kaveri explains that if she joins the firm, she will be able to spend more time with Armaan.

YRKKH upcoming story: Armaan questions Abhira if she will accept Kaveri’s offer. But, Abhira believes that joining the firm would upset Vidya. And rightly so, Vidya is seen asking Kaveri about her offer. Kaveri explains that Abhira might become a threat to the firm in the future.
