New Delhi: WWE announced their historic and first-time-ever two-night SummerSlam event. It will be the first time that SummerSlam pay-per-view will be a two-night event on August 2 and 3 in the MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, New Jersey. SummerSlam will become the second pay-per-view of WWE that will be organized in a two-day event.
It was officially confirmed that the 2026 SummerSlam will be a two-day event but now WWE has surprised their fans by revealing that next year’s SummerSlam also will be a two-night pay-per-view.
WWE shared the information on their official social media by providing the official information regarding tickets, date, time, and presale offer to the fans. Earlier SummerSlam 2024 was the biggest event of WWE by drew a crowd of 57,719 fans in the arena. SummerSlam 2024 broke all the records in terms of viewership, sponsorship, merchandise, and social media.
SummerSlam 2024 was headlined by Cody Rhodes defending his WWE Undisputed Title against Solo Sikoa. After the match fans also witnessed the return of Original Tribal chief Roman Reigns in the WWE. The biggest summer event of WWE also gave fans a historic night that they didn’t forget and now it will be a two-day historic SummerSlam event.
American pop star Cardi B has been a WWE fan for years and now she is part of the WWE’s historic event. She was seen alongside Bianca Belair in the WWE SummerSlam 2025 advertisement.
“Here’s to the Streets.. and to my girl @BiancaBelairWWE!SummerSlam. 2Nights. MetLife Stadium. August 2nd and 3rd,” she wrote to Instagram on Thursday. Cardi B was never on the WWE show but in 2021 WWE Hall of Fame Torrie Wilson gave her a shoutout during an episode of WWE RAW. Now it will be a Cardi fans moment to see her on the biggest stage of WWE to make her debut in the organisation.
