Suhana Khan and Agastya Nanda’s rumoured romance has sparked attention once again. Amidst this, Shah Rukh Khan’s classic list of 7 dating rules for his daughter’s boyfriend resurfaced. Read on to know what they are!

New Delhi: Shah Rukh Khan’s daughter Suhana Khan has been grabbing headlines for her alleged relationship with Amitabh Bachchan’s grandson Agastya Nanda. The two reportedly grew close on the set of their Netflix film The Archies which marked both their debuts. While Suhana and Agastya are yet to confirm their relationship, fans are already buzzing about the possible romance between the two-star kids.

Recently, the rumoured couple attended a Diwali party hosted by popular Bollywood director Sidharth Anand. While Suhana was dolled up in a shimmery saree with a matching blouse, Agastya stunned in a sequined black kurta. The duo were seen chatting in the car as they were spotted arriving together at the bash.

Shah Rukh Khan’s conditions for Suhana Khan’s boyfriend

Interestingly, years ago in an interview, SRK shared a humorous list of conditions for any guy who wishes to date his daughter. These conditions are now resurfacing, and fans are wondering if Agastya is following SRK’s rules to the letter. Scroll down to read about them!

1. Get a job: This one’s pretty straightforward. Shah Rukh Khan expects his daughter’s boyfriend to be employed. Luckily for Agastya, he’s off to a good start, making his acting debut with The Archies and already gearing up for his second project, Sriram Raghavan’s Ekkis.

2. Understand I don’t like you: SRK has always joked about being the “tough dad.” Fans can only imagine how Agastya might feel about this rule.

3. I’m everywhere: With Shah Rukh’s massive global fanbase, this one is hardly an exaggeration. Whether Agastya is in Mumbai or Manhattan, SRK’s watchful eye is always there.

4. Get a lawyer: While this one’s left open to interpretation, it’s safe to say SRK’s sense of humour shines through. Agastya may not need legal advice just yet!

5. She’s my princess, not your conquest: As any father would, Shah Rukh cherishes his daughter. This rule is non-negotiable, reminding Agastya to treat Suhana with the respect she deserves.

6. I don’t mind going back to jail: SRK’s fans wouldn’t want any delays in his next release due to jail time, but his protective side is clear.

7. Whatever you do to her, I’ll do to you: A brown dad’s classic line. Any boyfriend of Suhana’s is bound to stay in line with this rule hanging over his head.

Shah Rukh Khan and Suhana Khan’s upcoming movie

On the professional front, fans are eagerly awaiting the father-daughter duo’s on-screen collaboration. Shah Rukh and Suhana are set to star in The King, directed by Sujoy Ghosh. Rumoured to have a budget of Rs 200 crore, the film will reportedly feature SRK as a mentor to Suhana’s character. It is slated to hit the theatres in mid-2026.
