OnePlus 13: What All Do We Know So Far

OnePlus 13 is expected to launch earlier than expected this year. Several reports hint that the flagship OnePlus 13 may launch this October 2024 in China and later in India. While the official details of the launch are still under wraps, the leaks and rumours are hinting towards some crucial upgrades over last year’s OnePlus 12. Ahead of the launch, OnePlus China head Louis Lee shed light on the OnePlus 13’s display in a post on Weibo. It is expected to have an ‘Oriental Screen’ BOE X curved screen. What else to expect?

OnePlus 13: 5 Major Upgrades To Expect

1. Design

Some past leaks suggest that the OnePlus 13 may feature a 6.82-inch  micro-curved display with 1800 nits global maximum brightness. It may also get a support Dolby Vision and HDR10+. 

2. Battery

One of the highlighted leaks of the OnePlus 13 is the battery. Leaks suggest that the OnePlus 13 may pack a large 6000mAh battery with a support of 100W wired and 50W wireless charging. 

3. Processor

Based on the trend that the flagship series of the OnePlus has followed, the OnePlus 13 is expected to be powered by the upcoming Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 chipset coupled with LPDDR5X RAM and UFS4.0 Storage. 

4. Design

Based on renders, the OnePlus 13 is expected to have a redesigned camera island at the back. This will be different from the existing OnePlus 12 which connects the camera island to the sides. 

5. Cameras

OnePlus 13 may pack a 50MP Main camera with the support of Optical Image Stabilisation, a 50MP ultrawide lens, and a 50MP Telephoto lens with 3X optical zoom.
