Following a spell of heavy rains in Mumbai on Wednesday night, the Indian Meteorological Department (IMD) has predicted that moderate rains are likely in the  city.

The Mumbai civic body on Thursday announced a high-level probe into the death of a 45-year-old woman after she fell into a storm water drain here following heavy rains. Meanwhile, the police have also registered a case of accidental death.

The woman identified as Vimal Anil Gaikwad, died in the incident that occurred at 9.20 pm on Wednesday near gate no. 8 of MIDC, Andheri East, police have said.

On the main line 3-4 minutes behind schedule because of rescheduled Mail, Express (train) movements and few cautions.
