MS Dhoni retained as uncapped player by CSK
Meanwhile, Chennai Super Kings have retained Dhoni as an uncapped player ahead of the IPL 2025 mega auction. The former CSK skipper has been retained for a salary of Rs 4 crore ensuring that his retention doesn’t hurt the overall purse of the franchise. Despite him being 43, Dhoni’s retention was a crucial one for CSK considering his value to the franchise.
