Jude Bellingham joins an elite list of players after Adidas unveil his signature Predator boots ‘Belligold’.

New Delhi: Adidas unveiled their first-ever signature boot of English and Real Madrid footballer Jude Bellingham, the Predator ‘Belligold’. Bellingham will be wearing the boot for the first time on the pitch during the upcoming weekend clash between Real Madrid and Celta Vigo.

For a while, the 21-year-old has become synonymous with Adidas having recently launched his signature clothing collection with the brand. After years of wearing different styles of shoes, Bellingham has got the honour of having his own signature shoes. Bellingham’s shoe design is minimalistic and sleek design in gold over black, with ‘JB’ long on the famous fold-over tongue, bringing good performance with good style to football.

The Adidas ‘Belligold’ Predator 24 will be available for purchase from October 18th 2024, with Gazelle and Originals apparel to be made available for purchase from November 1st, 2024, from selected retail stores and Adidas’s official website.

There are gold accents on the three stripes and CONTOLFRAME outsole as a tribute to Bellingham’s amazing run last season with his achievement list, including his first domestic league title, UEFA Champions League title and league ‘player of the year’. Bellingham joins a list of elite players like Lionel Messi, Mohamed Salah and David Beckham, who have a signature shoe with the brand.

Speaking about the honour, Bellingham said, “Growing up as a kid I could never have imagined a day where I’d have my own signature Predator, it really is a dream come true.” Further, he noted that the shoes were to reflect the kind of player he is and capture his style and sense of the field. He concluded by saying,“ I can’t wait to wear it for the first time and see how it performs.”

Speaking about the launch, Sam Handy, SVP of Product and Design with Adidas, said, “Jude’s signature Predator is a celebration of his incredible first season at Real Madrid.” Handy went on to say that Bellingham was one of the most “exciting players” in modern-day football, and it was right to pay tribute to his style of game as well as his fashion sense away from the game. He concluded with, “We’re excited to elevate the drop with an accompanying Gazelle sneaker – a shoe with such a rich history in football culture.”
