What Are Vehicle Motion Cues? They are animated on-screen indicators that help you understand how a vehicle is moving. These cues appear as dots on the edges of your iPhone screen, showing the motion of the vehicle without interfering with the activity you’re engaged in. This iPhone feature can provide a better sense of control, helping to reduce feelings of nausea and discomfort that often accompany motion sickness. How to Enable Vehicle Motion Cues On iPhone

To enable Vehicle Motion Cues on your iPhone, follow these simple steps:

  • First, open the Settings app on your iPhone.
  • Then scroll down and tap on the “Accessibility” feature. 
  • Here, you will find and select “Motion.”
  • Click on the “Show Vehicle Motion Cues” and choose your preferred option. If you select Automatic, the animated dots will appear when your iPhone detects that you are in a moving vehicle. The dots will disappear once the motion stops.
  • Moreover, you can also control Vehicle Motion Cues manually through the Control Center. Simply swipe down from the top right corner of the screen, tap the Vehicle Motion Cues button, and choose your setting.

To set up this shortcut, go to Settings, tap on Accessibility, and look for the option to quickly turn accessibility features on or off. This way, you can manage your iPhone’s features without needing to navigate through multiple menus while travelling.
