New Delhi: The Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Roorkee has extended the Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) 2025 application correction last date. Candidates who want to make changes in the GATE application form 2025 can do so till November 10. The GATE application form 2025 correction link is available on the official website, gate2025.iitr.ac.in.
The login credentials such as the registration number and date of birth are required to log in and make changes in the GATE 2024 application form.
GATE 2025 Application: Details that can be edited
The below details can be changed in the GATE application form-
- Name of the candidate
- Date of birth
- Gender
- Category of the candidate
- Correspondence address
- Country of residence
- Parent or guardian’s mobile number
- Exam centre details
- Exam city details
- Qualifying degree details
The GATE 2025 exam is scheduled to be held on February 1, 2, 15, and 16 as a computer-based test (CBT) for a total of 30 test papers. The exam will be held in two shifts, with each of the shifts for a duration of three hours. Shift 1 will be from 9:30 AM to 12:30 PM and shift 2 from 2:30 PM to 5:30 PM. A candidate can attempt a maximum of two test papers from the available sets of two-paper combinations. The paper will have three types of questions- Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs), Multiple Select Questions (MSQs) and the Numerical Answer Type (NAT) questions.
IIT Roorkee will release the GATE 2025 admit card on January 2 and the result will be declared on March 19, 2025, as per the schedule.

The GATE mock test 2025 is available on the official website. By attempting the mock test, candidates will get an idea of the difficulty level and the exam pattern. Along with the GATE 2025 mock test, candidates can access the last year’s question paper to prepare efficiently.
