New Delhi: Dell Technologies has introduced the XPS 13 laptop in India powered by the Intel Core Ultra Processors Series 2, packed with a dedicated NPU (neural processing unit) that delivers up to 48 TOPs of AI performance, supported by Intel Arc Graphics. The device is optimised for AI-heavy workloads with Microsoft Studio Effects for video calls. This is a Copilot+ PC. The laptop features a 13.4 inch InfinityEdge display with tandem OLED technology, with the multimedia experienced enhanced with Dolby Vision as well as Eyesafe technology that minimises strain on the eyes, and reduces disruption to sleep during late night usage. The display offers a 120Hz variable refresh rate.
This is the first laptop in the world to ship with the Tandem OLED technology, which boosts the brightness of the screen while reducing the energy use at the same time. In terms of the build the chassis is made of CNC-machined aluminium with the screen protected by Gorilla Glass 3. 20 percent of the material used in the laptop is recycled. The laptop boasts of Energy Star and Epeat Gold certifications. The packaging is made up of 100 percent recycled materials, and is 100 percent recyclable. The devices will be available in India from 16 October, with prices starting at Rs 1,81,990.
