Bigg Boss Marathi 5: Double eviction! Yogita Chavan and Nikhil Damle ELIMINATED

New Delhi: Riteish Deshmukh’s Bigg Boss Marathi season 5 has been entertaining the Marathi-speaking audience since its premiere on July 28, 2024. In its third week, the reality show has been going strong with the audience keeping their eyes peeled to see if their favourite Bigg Boss Marathi 5 contestants survive elimination. On the Bigg Boss Marathi 5 episode aired on August 18, 2024, Ritiesh Deshmukh announced the second and third contestants to be eliminated from the show. Here is what happened in this week’s Weekend Ka Vaar.

Bigg Boss Marathi season 5 elimination today

While the contestants were spared from elimination last week, this week four contestants were in the danger zone to be eliminated from the Bigg Boss Marathi 5 house. Contestants Suraj Chavan, Nikhil Damle, Yogita Chavan, and Abhijeet Sawant faced potential eviction in the latest episode. Out of these four, Abhijeet Sawant and Suraj Chavan were respectively saved as they received the most votes from the viewers. Meanwhile, Yogita Chavan and Nikhil Damle were in the bottom two.

After a lot of anticipation, Riteish Deshmukh announced that Nikhil Damle and Yogita Chavan both become the second and third contestants to be eliminated. It is to be noted that this marked the third time that Yogita Chavan and the second time Nikhil Damle were in the bottom two. Viewers, however, expected Yogita Chavan’s departure from the show from the very beginning.

Bigg Boss Marathi season 5 contestants

In the first week, contestant Purushottam Patil became the first contestant to be evicted from the Bigg Boss Marathi 5 house. After Nikhil Damle’s elimination, only 13 contestants remain in the game. The current line-up of Bigg Boss Marathi 5 contestants is- Nikki Tamboli, Paddy Kamble, Aarya Jadhao, Abhijeet Sawant, Irina Rudakova, Ghanshyaam Darode, Arbaaz Patel, Varsha Ussgaonkar, Vaibhav Chavan, Ankita Prabhu Walavalkar and, Jahnvi Killekar.
