The North Western Railway (NWR) has published the notification for the recruitment of 1,791 Act Apprentices for the year 2024-25, under Notice No. 05/2024 (NWR/AA). ✅ North Western Railway Apprentice Age Limit:
✔️ 15 to 24 years as on 10th December 2024.
✔️ Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC / ST, 03 years for OBC and 10 years for PwD.
✅ North Western Railway Apprentice Stipend:
Northern Railway Apprentice Salary, Monthly Stipend as per Apprentice Act 1961.
✅ North Western Railway Apprentice Eligibility Criteria:
✔️ The candidates must have passed Matriculation / 10th class examination or its equivalent with minimum 50% marks in aggregate from a recognized board.
✔️ Candidates must have passed ITI in relevant trade issued by NCVT / SCVT recognized by Government of India.
✅ North Western Railway Apprentice Selection Process:
✔️ Screening and Scrutiny of the application.
✔️ There will be no Written Test of Viva.
✔️ The selection on the basis of merit prepared taking the average of the percentage marks obtained by the candidate in both Matriculation / SSC / 10th and ITI giving equal weight age to both.
✅ North Western Railway Apprentice Application Fee:
✔️ ₹ 100/- for General / OBC category and other state candidates.
✔️ No fee for SC / ST / PwBD / Women candidates.
✔️ The fee should be made through online mode.
