New Delhi: The excitement is palpable as the much-anticipated Bigg Boss 18 premiered tonight (October 6). Among the confirmed contestants is the talented Eisha Singh, known for her captivating performances and strong on-screen presence. Let’s dive into the life of this popular TV actress as she steps into the iconic Bigg Boss house!

Who is Eisha Singh?

Born on December 24, 1998, in Madhya Pradesh’s Bhopal, Eisha made her television debut at the young age of 17. Her early career saw her quickly rise to fame through her powerful portrayals in various Hindi dramas.

Eisha made her mark in the industry with her debut in 2015 on the show Ishq Ka Rang Safed, where she played Dhaani Tripathi, a young widow who finds love with an unmarried man. Her emotional performance resonated with audiences, establishing her as a talented actress. However, Eisha left the show in May 2016 due to a plot leap requiring her character to age dramatically.

Eisha Singh’s movies and TV shows

Her stardom grew as she starred in Ek Tha Raja Ek Thi Rani from 2016 to 2017, playing dual roles as Raani Singh and her reincarnated counterpart, Rani Chauhan. Eisha’s biggest breakthrough came in 2018 with the role of Zara Siddiqui in the social drama Ishq Subhan Allah, alongside Adnan Khan. The show tackled the sensitive issue of Triple Talaq, earning praise for its social relevance.

After Ishq Subhan Allah wrapped up in 2020, Eisha starred in a music video titled Main Tera Ho Gaya and made an appearance in Pyaar Tune Kya Kiya. In 2021, she played Suhani in Sirf Tum, where her chemistry with co-star Vivian Dsena captured the audience’s attention. The duo is set to reunite in Bigg Boss 18.

In 2023, Eisha took on the role of Bela Raichand in the supernatural drama Bekaaboo opposite Shalin Bhanot. Although the show ended after just four months. Additionally, Eisha made her Bollywood debut in 2022 with Middle Class Love, directed by Ratnaa Sinha.
