Blake Lively is facing heavy criticism online from social media users for undermining the seriousness of It Ends With Us by promoting the Justin Baldoni directorial in a Barbie-like fashion. Amid the controversy, reports have surfaced suggesting that she and her husband Ryan Reynolds are planning to leave Hollywood.

New Delhi: There’s no denying that Ryan Reynolds and Blake Lively are one of the most beloved celebrity couples. The much-in-love duo has repeatedly won fans’ hearts with their romantic chemistry. But apparently, they are now planning to move out of Hollywood. Don’t rub your eyes, you read that right!

Well, let us explain how it all started. The 36-year-old diva is currently riding high on the Box Office success of her recently released film It Ends With Us. The American romantic drama centers around a woman’s relationship with a charming but abusive neurosurgeon.

However, Blake is facing backlash from netizens for promoting the movie, which deals with such a crucial and intense subject, in a Barbie-like manner. She is being accused by social media users of undermining the seriousness of the film’s theme, which involves domestic abuse.

According to a timesnownews.com report, gossip channel DeuxMoi mentioned rumours that Ryan and Blake are buying a house in Charlotte, North Carolina and enrolling their kids in an exclusive private school there. However, there has been no official confirmation yet.

It Ends With Us Box Office collection

Directed by Justin Baldoni and based on the 2016 novel by Colleen Hoover, It Ends With Us also features Brandon Sklenar, Jenny Slate, Amy Morton, Kevin McKidd and Hasan Minhaj in pivotal roles. According to industry tracker Sacnilk, the film has grossed Rs 803.05 crore worldwide. With a screenplay by Christy Hall, the film opened to mixed reviews from critics. It has been produced by Alex Saks, Jamey Heath, Blake Lively and Christy Hall.
