New Delhi: The Railway Recruitment Board has restarted the RRB Technician recruitment 2024 application process and candidates now need to fill out the application form by October 16. The RRB Technician recruitment application link is available on the official website of RRB at rrbapply.gov.in.
The RRB Technician recruitment application correction can be done from October 17 to October 21. Candidates are required to make a payment of Rs 250 for each modification.
This RRB recruitment drive will fill a total of 14,298 posts of technicians. Earlier 9,144 posts were open line (17 categories). After receiving demand from zonal railways and production units, the addition of posts was done by RRB.
The existing candidates i.e. those who had applied earlier and made payment of the application will be able to change the option of RRB, preference for the zonal railway, PUs and preference for all applicable technician grade 3 posts. Moreover, the candidates will not be required to pay any extra fee during the preference change process.

The steps detailed below can be followed to apply online and submit the application form-
- Step 1: First, go to the official website of RRB at rrbapply.gov.in
- Step 2: On the home page, click on the apply link and complete the registration.
- Step 3: Log in to the account with the credentials generated in the registration process.
- Step 4: Fill out the application form, make the payment of the application fee and submit the form.
- Step 5: Download and take the printout of the confirmation page for records.
Candidates need to be sure that he or she is medically fit for the post applying for. Those who are found medically unstable will not be given any alternative appointment. To know more about the recruitment process, candidates are advised to visit the official website.
