✔️ For Assistant Professor Grade II: Level 10 Initial Basic Pay ₹ 70900/-

✅ IIM Shillong Recruitment Eligibility Criteria:

Ph.D. in the appropriate branch with 1st class or equivalent in the preceding degree, with a very food academic record throughout.

✅ IIM Shillong Faculty Recruitment Experience:

Professor: Minimum 10 years teaching / research / Industrial experience.
Associate Professor: Minimum 06 years teaching / research / Industrial experience.
Assistant Professor Grade I: Minimum 03 years teaching / research / Industrial experience.
Assistant Professor Grade II: Nil.
