As per a report by MacRumors, the Live Activities widget for the US presidential elections is rolling out for US users. This will enable you to check out the latest updates without the need to regularly visit several news websites. US Elections 2024 Live Activities Widget On iPhone: Who Are Getting It?
This can be enabled via the Apple News app. However, you will need the iPhone 14 Pro or later model with iOS 16.1 and newer. iPad users running on iPadOS 17 and later will also be able to get this US Elections widget.
How to enable it?
- To ensure that you get all the latest updates, you will need to set it up in advance in simple steps:
- First of all, open the Apple News App on your iPhone or iPad.
- Here, click on the “Follow Live” button when it pops up.
